Moon Rabbit is a Substrate-based distributed infrastructure that enables any type of data or digital asset transfer between any blockchains, offering full interoperability and scalability. It permits anyone to launch their own Jurisdictions with unique capabilities (blockchains, DeFi protocols, NFTs, eSports, Web3 dApps, cryptocurrencies, etc.).

Jurisdictions are able to communicate with each other and to develop their own specialisations and business models, permitting cross-chain communications and process distribution. Jurisdictions may either be transparent and permissionless, or private and permissioned, making Moon Rabbit suitable both for community and enterprise applications.

Thus, Moon Rabbit is a System of Systems, uniting all distributed ledgers and becoming the ultimate protocol to unite various chains at an abstract level — a Metachain.

Moon Rabbit operates a mother chain Mount Olympus that consistently interfaces with unique blockchains and networks called Jurisdictions, serving as their central communications and security hub. Additional connections are made via Portals.

The Core of Moon Rabbit, maintaining allegiance of Temples, protection of Jurisdictions and cross-chain communications.

Jurisdictions

Autonomous distributed networks producing digital commodities or data. They may issue their own digital assets and unique protocols optimised for specific use-cases.

Temples

Secured by AAA staked in their altars, Temples enforce Moon Rabbit protocol rules through consensus and validate the state of Mount Olympus and respective Jurisdictions.

Notariuses

Producing, storing and verifying blocks and transactions within individual Jurisdictions, they enforce consensus at lower levels and report state of Jurisdictions to Temples.

Congregations

Individuals or legal entities who delegate their AAA holdings to Temples in exchange for rewards. They collectively constitute the economic security base and core community.

Portals

Decentralised gateways permitting token and data transfers securely and trustlessly between Jurisdictions and other blockchains such as Bitcoin, Dogecoin and Ethereum.

Longevity DAO

Moon Rabbit’s flagship project is Longevity DAO that aims to build a robust Longevity ecosystem using best practices of crypto and web3 technologies. The project’s identity is deeply rooted in the Asian folklore of the Moon Rabbit, which deals with the long-standing captivating search for eternal life. Moon Rabbit intends to incentivise researchers and entrepreneurs in the longevity space to spur R&D that could unlock the secret to immortality.

Longevity DAO has a thesis that aging is a disease, and it can only be beaten by developing areas of longevity that are currently viewed as experimental and radical. Radical aging prevention is currently an overlooked niche, yet it offers the biggest potential for life extension.
